HDFC BANK: #VALUINGDIFFERENCES CAMPAIGN

Goal
● Create company-wide awareness about HDFC’s position on valuing employees across the spectrum of diversity and introduce their “Valuing Differences” initiative


Solution
● A 6-part video series wherein each video showcases a different form of Unconscious Bias using professional actors and situations that would be relatable to HDFC Bank.
● Each video would have an engaging narrative performed well and end with an insight on unconscious biases, inclusion and the culture of valuing differences at HDFC Bank.
● One video was released every 2 months on both HDFC’s internal platform and on social media.


Result
● The video received immense praise from management as well as employees
● The general consensus was that we have accurately portrayed their company culture
using relatable lingo and actors
● Each video created buzz for HDFC Bank on their inclusive culture and built great
goodwill amongst partners and even potential employees

GOOGLE INDIA #WOMENWILL EVENT

Goal:
● Produce Google’s Women’s Day 50-min virtual event, #WomenWill by adding creative
elements to the show featuring world-renowned leaders such as Sundar Pichai, Ratan
Tata and many more.
Solution:
● The 50-min virtual event was entirely produced and put together by Leogirl-Productions.
In order to make the event more meaningful and creative, we curated a spoken word
performance to open the event by spoken word artists Priya Malik and Aranya Johar.
● The event was tied together with an Indian classical theme that could set the tone for all
the various talks by leaders on women empowerment.
Results:
● 200,000+ video views
● 10000+ engagements
